i hope

I know it's a bad thing to deface public property and all, but this sign amuses me. I wonder if the store right next to it that sells mostly gay stuff had anything to do with it?

    And a classic Seinfeld quote, "not that theres anything wrong with that".

    I wonder what is meant by this. Are only gays to park here, or gay cars?
