Thanks to both of you! Every morning I think I need to take a shot of this, but don't have time. Today, I did it anyways and was quickly stuffing the camera back in my pocket as I entered the bus. I don't think that window will be open much longer due to the cooling temperatures!
I've never seen anyone sitting in it! I also should probably post a photo that isn't a detail so you get a real sense of how odd this looks with respect to the whole building! It's actually on the second floor.
