Oh I was right there! Oh sweet, sweet memories. I bought caramel pour moi and pistache for Peter I think. Then we all went to the Pantheon. Thanks for these memories Maya. I cherish each and every one now that I"m home. V
PS Somehow I had two left and they were all smushed in my camera bag. They were a wonderful treat when I missed my flights!!!
The Japanese have adopted these, and done well, Pastry shops on every block and in train stations.. I miss that, and one good cup a coffee of the best kind, served in a china cup with a silver spoon. Never a refill, Savor the experience..
It's whats for breakfast! Even their food displays are art.

Sherry: I have to disagree about the coffee (at least over here). I prefer a bigger cup instead of just a shot of espresso!
