Taco Night!


Janet's sister, Janeen, brought the makings for tacos with her from the States, so we invited a few people over for taco night. Our friend, Faith, brought this AMAZING guacamole. It was probably the best I've ever had!

    Yes, she put pomegranate seeds in! It was a twist I never would have thought of, but it tasted excellent!

    Olives and pomegranates? Oh my! Not Tex-Mex that's for sure. Maybe Med-Mex? In any case, sounds heavenly.
