Reims, France VII
On our tour, we visited the house of Hamm Champagne. We toured the wine caves and did some tasting. It was really good! Naturally, we bought a few bottles.

Reims, France IV
One of my favorite things that we did on this trip was take a tour through Champagne in this restored Citroën 2CV6 named Dolly. It was so much fun riding in the back while our tour guides drove and told us first about Reims, and then about the Champagne region and the process of making champagne from vineyards to the glass.

Reims, France
We just returned from a trip up to the Grand Est (NE France) where we visited the cities of Troyes, Reims, and Verdun (including areas around Verdun for WWI sites). Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit in Troyes, so my photos start with Reims. We had a tiny hotel room in Reims, but it's redeeming value was this view of the famous cathedral. Not bad!

The main reason I wanted to go to this museum was this mercury fountain by Calder. I've always been fascinated with mercury!

Fundació Joan Miró, Barcelona, Spain
The last stop we made where I took photos in Barcelona was the Fundació Joan Miró. We arrived near the end of the day and the museum was closing soon. We were in a hurry, so these aren't the best shots, but I am still posting them because I liked the artwork!
