Brunch is Best


We ate at Hattie's Hat for brunch. An old, well established Ballard bar and restaurant.



I love the big fish tank in the middle of the room.






I love the extra note on the bill, "January 20th is not so far away!"

    Having wandered around the area near the White House yesterday with all of its road closures and heightened security and chaos, I have to agree with the sentiment on the receipt: Jan. 20 can't come soon enough!

    And I agree: brunch is best! Cool pix.

    Never stopped in to Hattie's but should, just to experience eating an "Aunt" and a "Greyhound". Curious what they might be ... Omelet is a breakfast dish I know :)

    I ate the Aunt. My friend drank the Greyhound. My food was delicious in case you wanted to try it! ;)
