One of the nearby mountains complete with avalanche fences. It also looked windy up there. My friends who went skiing that day confirmed that it was indeed very windy!

Downtown Martigny is lined with Plane trees. I believe they are also known as Sycamores in other parts of the world. Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

Martigny Brocante

Our friends wanted to visit the Brocante in Martigny. We went with them for a short while, then headed back outside where the weather was nice and sunny for a change. We didn't want to miss out on that! Here are the shots I took while in the Brocante.

We visited some new friends in Martigny one weekend. It is a nice little town. I think the best thing about it is the surrounding Alps! The downtown street is lined with these great trees.
