We had three dogs along on this walk. One with a GoPro. It was quite difficult due to many people and not much room on the path. We probably won't take them next time!

You have to walk through this rather steep and dark cave to get to the other side and continue on your walk to the Berghaus.

Berggasthaus Aescher-Wildkirchli, Appenzell, Switzerland
On the way home from Austria, we decided to see this place that we'd seen photos of many times. The Berggasthaus Aescher-Wildkirchli lies in the Appenzell region of Switzerland. You take a cable car up to the top of the mountain, then hike a small ways back down to reach the gasthaus. Here people are starting to head down.
