Canals just amaze me. But something I hadn't noticed in the doorway picture on JM's site is the crack under the door that looks like a man carrying a loaded bag. It looks like he's heading home for the day.
Gorgeous. I don't remember all the pretty colors of the buildings. The swan photo is exquisite. Did I mention that we have a poster of Annecy (from 20 years ago) hanging in our stairway. It's worth going back to, for sure.

I love the dark picture in the doorway.
What a wonderful place! The swan is pretty. Reminds me of Burano.
Nice framing on the top one. And, how did I get caught in a picture again?! ;-)
Cele: Thanks
Rob: Swans always seem to add loveliness toa shot.
Janet: I think the camera just likes you. Either that or you are always in my shots... ;-)
Definitely a place worth visiting ... and your photos really show it!
Peter: Thanks! Have you been there? If not, you should go sometime!
The color of the buildings is just a jaw dropper. I wish I'd been that "visitor". :(

V: Thanks! Our guest was Janet's sister Janeen. I think she enjoyed her visit. You should come and visit too!
Tash: It is an amazingly beautiful town! Maybe I should get a poster to take home too.
