There were several of these around Geneva. Some were sitting on things too, but this was the only one I could capture with my lens. In order to make it really stand out, I had to use the flash, but then you can see the lines holding him up. In the last photo, no flash was used and it looks more like he is floating above the water on his own the way people were really seeing him. It was so cool!
