Lanzo Torinese, Italy

Untitled
We stopped briefly at the small Italian town of Lanzo Torinese on our way home. My father went to boarding school there as a child and wanted to revisit. This is the church near the school (which is no longer a boarding school). According to Wikipedia, the grissino (breadstick) was invented here.

Marseille III: Stations of the Cross

If you walk up the path to the Notre-Dame de la Garde, you will see these stations of the cross all along the path.

I seem to have missed #10, so Janet graciously loaned me her shot for this one.

Number twelve is shown just to the right of this huge Jesus on the cross.
