The next morning we caught the sunrise on the mountain. Spectacular!

At the end of October we took a road trip for about a week. Our first stop was Zermatt, Switzerland. We arrived at our hotel just in time to see this wondrous view of the Matterhorn!

Over Christmas we had a lovely house guest. Her name is Dixie and she is a true Southern Belle! She was one of the rescued dogs after Hurricane Katrina.

We saw a bicycle race at Kleine Scheidegg.

The next day we took a cog train up to Kleine Scheidegg in the Swiss Alps and hiked from there to Männlichen. It was a beautiful and sunny day. Perfect!
