Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain: Take a Walk on the Wild Side

My aunt and uncle live in Fuerteventura, an island in the Canary Islands, and we headed there next. The Canary Islands are just off the coast of Africa, but belong to Spain. They tell me all the islands are completely different. This one looked as if someone had taken a chunk of Arizona desert and dropped in the ocean. We took a great walk the first day we were there along a cliff/hill overlooking the coastline. This is Felix, one of their dogs. The other is named Candy and you will see shots of her as well.

Broken car window glass.

The obligatory geology shot for my parents.
