We spent part of a day in Albi looking at the church and gardens. The gardens are beautiful and situated above the river making for beautiful shots of the bridges and city on the other side.

My friend and I ate at a wonderful little Salon de Thé in Albi called Le Solelhou. We met David here and had a nice conversation with him. He is a very nice guy and likes to speak English. If you have a chance to eat in Albi, definitely stop by!

They make a beautiful blue dye in this region and this shop sells things using the dye. Surprisingly, the flowers are yellow and the plant looks like Rapeseed.
