At the end of August we went to Badenweiler, Germany for a few days to relax. This was a nice walk we took in the Black Forest.

We were watching a video above this wall in the roman ruins and kept hearing this loud peeping. We finally tracked the sound down to these two baby birds waiting for their mother to come back and feed them!

To celebrate both of our May birthdays, we took a small trip to Badenweiler, Germany for a couple of days at the end of that month. Badenweiler is a spa town and has not only current hot springs made into baths, but ruins of Roman baths as well. It is peaceful and pretty with parks and walks in the surrounding countryside. We both enjoyed our time there.
