Collecting Fees

We were told by a Market vendor that these guys make the rounds every Saturday collecting fees. They seemed nice enough as they chatted with a photographer about her camera.

Two Things Challenge: Private/Public

This photographer has his own private thoughts on what he might shoot after setting up his tripod, but he is in a public square so I catch a shot of him from way above in the church tower.
