We had a beautiful day to attend the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington D.C. Here you see the Jefferson Memorial along with a few Cherry trees and hoards of tourists.
Virginia: That would suit me just fine! We were thinking of going to the Lincoln Memorial at three in the morning to see it without all the people... sheesh!
Linda: Thanks! I have to give a lot of credit to my new lens for that one! ;-)
Dusty: The weather took a turn for the worse, but that is OK, 'cause I'm helping D.C. paint her house so we are inside.
Nice framing on this photo of the Jefferson Memorial. I think, if the cherry blossoms weren't there, he'd get very little traffic. As it is, he gets to be a rock star for a few weeks!
