Le Refuge de Florimont

My friend, Rachel, came to visit for a week last month. We had a whirlwind time with her trying to pack as much as possible into a short time. One of the meals we had was at this restaurant up in the Jura. When the view is clear, you can see Mont Blanc. Unfortunately, it was not on this evening. We still had amazing food including Raclette and Tartiflette (or Gexiflette with the local cheese).

This is a dish known as Raclette found in this area of France and Switzerland. It is a mouthwatering combo of melted cheese and meats etc. YUM!
