Two Things Challenge: Joint/Venture

Today at lunch we ventured out into the greater Renton area in search of something exotic. We found it!

Yup, we found the Great Wall. Can you believe it? We found many asian goodies inside including a grocery store to rival Uwajimaya (well, not quite).

We found a place in this complex that served Dim Sum. It was excellent. I also observed all these unhappy crabs just waiting for their dire end.

I've been in Renton almost two years and I have never been to the Great Wall.
It's typical. Most natives never do any sightseeing in their own home towns.

I only feel bad for these crabs and their succulent legs for a brief moment. After a dip in hot butter, mmy grief for them is gone. ;)

movielady: We'll have to venture out there for lunch sometime. I'll open you eyes to some of the hidden secrets of Renton (as soon as I find them).

dusty: I admit, I do like to eat them...

Glad you're finding places around your work. That's always the bummer about moving from one location to another: finding places to eat and run errands.

tash: It was quite a find!

dc: The problem with this area is that you have to DRIVE anywhere you want to go. Before, I could walk to run my errands or have lunch.
