I'm so envious - 1st of that breakfast, if a photo could only be eaten. I spy a bit of salmon there too - very NW. 2nd of a cross country road trip - you've just given me an idea to do that this summer while my son is still willing to be in the car for some days with his parents.
dc: It looks like Pacific Northwest Eggs Benedict, which is mentioned in wikipedia. I don't see the Nova Scotia reference here, so I wonder if that is an altered version of one of these...
