For the Easter Holiday, we drove to the other side of Switzerland to visit the Canton of Graubünden. We stayed at the Hotel Kistenpass in Brigels which is a small alpine village. This was our first evening spent on the terrace overlooking the Alps sipping Prosecco and enjoying the sun with our friends and the dogs.
I took a few photos of the outside of this amazing cathedral, but it was too cold to stand around for long. We had to go inside to warm up (there was actually heat inside!).
I think one of the coldest days we endured this winter was spent in Freiburg, Germany. We walked all around downtown in the freezing cold and wind. I think it was worth it though. It's a beautiful town!
Running for the tram.
Notice the McDonald's? You don't see them like that in the States!
These guys must have been freezing their fingers off!
