We stopped in Redwood National Forest to see this big redwood tree which was mighty impressive. I think I had just as much fun taking photos of other things in the area.
This is my parent's view with the San Francisco peaks in the background. They put out a pan with water and a birdfeeder which attract many critters. Here are just a few!
I call this one: Where's Waldo? This was taken on a walk behind my parent's house. Can you see the Horny Toad here?
The three of us (Virginia, Janet, and myself) were ready to stir up trouble in Alabama, so headed up to Cullman to see the Ave Maria Grotto. The place was one of the oddest I've seen! There were minatures of not only religeous buildings and sculptures, but other notable structures from around the world. We also met the resident cat.
This little guy also enjoyed making his home in the Grotto. He had many homes to choose from!
We drove down to Sedona and spent the night there. We sat on the balcony and looked at the view while drinking our beer. It doesn't get much better than this!
