Springtime is the right time...

Last month around my birthday I took a walk in Volunteer Park and marveled at how beautiful it is in the Spring. Here are a few shots I took that day.

Lovely! I looked out my kitchen window this morning to see the early sun lighting up the new fronds on the sword ferns. Such beauty all around us!

V: Thanks! Volunteer Park is fun. We'll take you there when you come...

Linda: I think you live in a beautiful place. I'm envious! I wish I could see something like that out my window, but alas, I have to go to the park for a view like that!

All of these are lovely, but my favorites are the first and the last. I love photos of strangers in intimate settings. The potential for a lovely story is the best part!

Dusty: Thanks! You really get to celebrate for at least a month, right? I did indeed enjoy this day!

Janet: My favorite is also the first one. The light and feel of the two people sitting there struck me!
