Today we take you to the little town of
Yvoire on the French side of Lac Léman (Lake Geneva). It is a charming little place packed full of tourists. Too bad. We wandered around a bit and then stopped for crepes and tea. Maybe we'll try going back in the middle of winter when (hopefully) it won't be so crowded!

Remind me again of why you are in Europe on an extended stay. I am so envious of the places you are seeing.
The top two are gorgeous and the bottom one brought back some nice memories of the times we shared expresso etc. at little cafés around Paris!!!

PS Don't you just hate it when touristes get in the way?:) (Like I'm not one. Well I pretend I'm not one.)
I finally got caught up on your adventures. You've taken some incredible pictures. I especially liked the Paris shots. It's been a lot of fun following along, even if it makes me want to hit the road right now. Thank you so much for reminding me that there's far more going on in the world than I see everyday.
What a beautiful place! I wouldn't have thought an area like that (non city) could be so crowded at this time of the year.
Linda: I'm working in Geneva. Most of these shots are from little weekend trips!
V: Thanks! Yes, I do hate it when tourists get in the way. shhhhh, don't tell anyone that I am one (as if my inability to speak French doesn't give it away)!
Christy: This experience has taught me that there is definitely more to life than getting up every day and going to work. I need to remember this when I come home and explore my surroundings there the same way I do here!
Cheryl: Believe it or not, we ran into a co-worker and he said it was not crowded compared to summer! yikes!
