I read Into Thin Air - it was really well written. Let me know what you & your bk club thought of this one. Maya - thanks for your wonderful comments on PVDP - they are so encouraging and brighten my day.
tash: You are so welcome! I only speak the truth. You take some fantastic photos!
I loved the book, but I think I had more personal reasons for it since I grew up in Mormon country and new a few Mormons (and still know some former Mormons). There were several in the book club which made the discussion even more interesting. I think people that didn't have some kind of tie may not have enjoyed it as much (though some did and even want to read more).
dusty: The discussion was great. Especially with our mixed group of people!
dc: I was lucky book club fell on this particular Sunday! Especially since I was sick and didn't really feel like going out to take photos. Unfortunately, the shot didn't turn out very well, but beggars can't be choosers!

Interesting book to read. Now I'm wondering about the discussion of it. Perfect for a Sunday posting.
Excellent choice for Sunday. And interesting book. Very interesting book.

This is on my "to read" list. I love Jon Krakeur - read Into The Wild and Into Thin Air - both excellent.
sally: This was my first book by him. Now I'm interested in reading more! I saw the movie Into the Wild, but I'm sure the book is even better.
