On the walk down, I saw one of the many buildings that is under construction.

I met my friends for dinner at Serious Pie. That was some mighty good pizza!

Afterwards we headed over to Top Pot for coffee. This is an old TV they have with a photo of the Top Pot building in the olden days.

Cool buildings! And Serious Pie sounds like a great place. Tom Douglas' chain sounds a lot like the Great American Restaurants business we have out here. Great food, unique settings, and wonderful baked goods.
Hm. I wonder if it's too early to head down to Best Buns for some good sourdough and a croissant...
Sounds like they could be similar. Tom Douglas is a chef and started all these restaurants. They are all located very close to each other and he makes the rounds between all of them most nights I hear. I've seen him once or twice when visiting. He seems pretty cool and his restaurants are great!
I like the building shots- or the place theme...
prof: Thanks! I like looking up at these skyscrapers.
