VOTE!
I wasn't feeling well this morning, so called in sick to work having visions of sleeping, reading, watching TV, and maybe a movie. Then I realized I needed to mail my ballot! So I rallied, got dressed, and headed out on this mission (fortunately, the Post Office is only a block away). Washington state is trying out a new kind of primary this week. It's a non-partisan event. And the top two finalists in every race — regardless of party — move on to the general election. This made it very important to vote in this primary even though I waited until the last minute to do so (procrastinators unite!).
Stop and take a load off. Seen on the way home.

Nothing better than a sick day, esp. if not really, really sick. Hope yours was restful.
And yes, voting is important. As the saying goes, vote early and vote often!
It's been nice, though even a sick day seems to fly by...
I bet that couch was snatched up right away!
Indeed. It was gone the next day!
