Sacré-Cœur: The Bowels

Next we headed down to the Crypt to see more dead guys and whatnot.

This shot is for Alistair.

This one is for my grandfather, Bruno. May he rest in peace.

Wonderful, wonderful. I loved Sacre-Coeur. What I remember the most was the light coming inside from the top of the main dome. I also remember that we joined others sitting on the stairs for a long time.
HOW COOL that you photo'ed the town with V. & Peter!!!

Beautiful images! The 7th photo down is really gorgeous, it would make a beautiful painting, with the patterns and shadows.

Cele: Great WV! I liked the dogs too.

Linda: Aren't they great? It's unusual to see dogs.

Amy: The light on the chairs caught my eye.

Tash: It was great hanging out with them all day!

Cheryl: Thanks!

Well it was our pleasure. I was too pooped to shoot by the time we got to the bowels. Shaky legs and shaky hands! Your photos are a very nice reminder of the crypts that I missed my other two visits. After we left here, there were many miles before we slept. Good food, good wine, good friends, good times!

V: I'm just glad we managed to see things with you and Peter that you had not seen before!

The first one of the stain glass circle through the other stain glass window is brilliant! Fabulous.
